I order all the time from Missouri Quilt Co. Once I forgot to log in before placing the order so I did not get my points, a simple phone call to the sales dept. corrected the problem.
If you did not get what you ordered, you should contact them and let them know. They seem to be most willing to assist and are very friendly.
