I'm watching again, I'm not trying to lose a lot of weight each month, just about 5 to 7 pounds.
I always feel better in the morning when I haven't eaten a large dinner. I sleep better and I wake up feeling lighter.
I'm at 81 pounds and counting. Only 29 more to go. I'm far more active in the summer as I have the time off. I wanted it off by June, but it looks like it is going to be August or Sept.
