Here's the quilt.
It's made up entirely of the split 9patch blocks I posted above, all with the same coloring (light/dark placement).
For the quilt below, I "closed" the navy streaks at the top and the bottom which resulted in having to put 8 blank yellow 9patches. But that's just a personal preference.
If you leave the top and bottom rows of 9 patches off, then you don't have to worry about it.
You can make the 9patches any size you want, depending what size quilt you want.
This quilt is 100" x 86", with 6" blocks, in a 18x14 block setting.
Just flip its orientation for a queen size quilt. EQ is
weird sometimes. ;-)
