No you are right. But I have been on the end of it where I get too overwhelmed and don't get things done including mailing out things when I should. I guess I was trying to be nice and give them the benefit of the doubt.
the rules also say if someone doesn't follow through they will be dropped and will have a negative feedback rating added to their acct. so they can't continue to do not follow through.
Their actions won't be allowed to continue and make it not fun for the rest of us. But if there are extenuating circumstances as one member who has both parents in the hospital right now then it is good to give a little leeway.
