I got this idea for my cat with some tulips when I saw some brick fabric in my stash. It hit me like a lightning bolt. I pictured it with yellow and pink tulips. Unfortunately when I ironed down the first yellow flower, I could see the bricks right through it. I checked out other yellows that I have. Same problem. My sister gave me some yellow. Still no go. I had to re-think it and decided on blue. I got some wonderful batik squares from Cat Ballou for Christmas and picked two of them. They are absolutely stunning. I am so happy.
The entire piece is 24 ½ x 34 inches.
