I left the sample at home, but can take pictures of it and post it here. I loved her method, but want the quilt to be around for a while, so I am going to turn the edges under using the freezer paper/starch method then use the blanket stitch on them.
I know Lesley trims the bulk from the back of her pieces, I'm going to leave mine because I want the 3D effect.
