The Walmart where I live didn't downsize their fabric department, but never had much to begin with. In the past month, there have seen new shelves stocked with new fabrics. That was NICE. If they would just eliminate all of that Justin Beiber clothing in the next aisle, the fabric department at the La Grande store would be awesome.
