I'm liking it much better now, with this pic ... they look like they are all in the same colour family now.
For the original pics ... your quilt top looked more black and teal with the yellow. Whereas the backing looked brown and turquoise.
The one consideration ... that backing would be quite dark ... depends on whether you like that look. Some people do, and some don't! Also, as to how you want the quilting to show ... or not show!
