Equal parts
salad oil (I use canola, any kind will do)
vinegar (most times I use white, sometimes balsamic or others)
raspberry jam or jelly (sugar free or regular jam)
Mix well together. (I use an immersion blender)
Keeps in frig well.
Variations ... any kind of jam/jelly you want and add in other herbs/spices for extra zip
Eg.
* marmalade with ginger or other spices
* blueberry or rhubarb jams with cinnamon
etc.
The possibilities are endless!
