This is for information only - but if you have a computerized sewing machine, or even your computer itself, DO NOT PUT ANYTHING MAGNETIZED NEAR IT!
It ruins the computerized parts in the machines - set your magnetic pin holders, or whatever on another area from your machines. I was told this by my dealer when I purchased my new sewing machine and she also mentioned doing the same for any computer... I am not electronic minded enough to know what it ruins, but I guess the thought is Just Don't Do IT.
Just wanted to pass this along to all you so you don't have unnecessary problems and expensive fixes...
