BIKINI DISH CLOTH
This is the one that I make all of the time. I use Sugar and Cream yarn, 4 ply, 2.5 oz. (You can get 2 dishcloths out of this skein.)
I use size 7 needles but it really doesn't matter. It makes the right size to fit in your hand. Many people bleach them when they get grubby. When my DH grinds it in the garbage disposal, I just make a new one. They knit up pretty fast.

BIKINI DISH CLOTH

Row 1: Cast on 4 sts.
Row 2: Knit across.
Row 3: K2, yo, knit across row.
Repeat Row 3 until there are 44-47 sts.
(Your piece will look like a tiny pair of bikini underwear.)

Begin to Decrease:
Row 1: k2, yo, k2 tog, k2 tog. Knit to end of row.
Row 2: Repeat this "decrease Row 1" until 4 sts remain.
Bind off. Weave in ends of yarn.
