Thank you for posting this! It is just what I need today as I'm getting ready to do the binding on an over-due baby quilt (the quilt not the baby). I don't want a thin binding (as is called for in the pattern) but I wasn't sure how about how to increase the measuremets for the width.
Also, I learned about making sure the binding is filled with the batting if you make it wider. I never knew about that.
