I have a new neighbour. I invited her over for a cup of tea yesterday morning and she admired the pot holders that I had. Thought I would make her a couple as a housewarming gift. Small project, simple right? Started but could not for the life of me make the points match. Four tries for one point and several more for another. I wanted them to be perfect as they were a gift. Decided after 2 hours to leave it and try again this afternoon. All morning I thought about it and finally decided that if I didn't get it right after a couple of goes I would forget it. After all, she didn't know that I was making them. Sat down this afternoon and success first time! Woopee! Will finish them off tonight and give them to her tomorrow.
