Hi! I don't mean the brand name. I named my 830 Bernina, Burnie; yes, that isn't too clever. She is 34 years old now, bought her new. She has made lots of cloths, quilts, etc. The new Pfaff I purchased 3 years ago, I call Jean Luke (after the captain on one of the Star Trek series). My Dodge Nitro is called, Enterprise (Star Trek). The microwave oven of 6 years ago was called Chernobyle (spelling), it could really fry things if left unattended and the present microwave oven is called Hanford (after the plant that made the stuff for the Manhatten Project). So I'm curious, what do other sewers and quiltmakers name their machines? :-)
