I'm making a wall hanging for my 6 yr. old granddaughter. The pattern was a freeby from Allpeoplequilt.com. I now have 9 rows that need to be sewn together, then the border will be added. I read somewhere here on the QB that you should sew one row in one direction and the next in the other direction to avoid rippling. Is that true? If anyone can advise, I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Mary
