I don't wear a large pair of scissors around my neck, but 2 years ago my sister gave me a pair of Gingher snips. They are fantastic.
They fit into a little plastic holder and I wear that on a ribbon around my neck when I am machine sewing, quilting or hand quilting. They are great!
