Now for the butterflies. I am not going to post the tutorial here because I did one for magnets and the process is the same. You can follow the directions and then just sew down the wings or sew above the body and leave the wings free. It is up to you. In the Doll Quilt I used a slit in the back of the 2 larger butterflies so I had to sew them down.
But the little butterfly in the center I sewed across just above the black body and left the wing free. It is up to you.
