i have redone chairs & sofas, but sorry, no pix. what i did was make the "skirt" separate with 2" wide elastic, & you could just pull the whole thing off & wash it.
what i would do is go to a shop that sells patterns & look at some that are similar to what you want to do to get ideas OR the library!
Thank you for your info...so did you tuck the top of the project under/inside the skirt and that's how you held it all together? I'm going to think about that......
