Do you make larger blocks and cut them in two diagonals or do you make the blocks as they are and put them together like that? I HAVE to try it ! The diagonals are actually made using rectangle muslin foundation pieces. The strips are put down in opposite directions and that forms the diamond. I thought I had saved a tutorial we had done a few years ago, but I am not finding it--sorry. But as somebody else said, it's pretty simple and I am sure there are loads of tutes out there for you.
