Your stiches are very good and even in size and they become smaller the more you quilt and accept your own progress. Until you accept your own improvments and stop comparing yourself to seasoned quilters you will be unhapppy with your own progress. My first pieces were much like your own but I was happy with how they looked so I was encouraged to do more and more and as I did my stiches and needles got smaller. Now my arthritis shows in every 5th stitch. I have developed a little "tell" in my stitching and when I accepted it as my "new" quilting signature I thought of it as very creative, no one will ever have a stitch line like mine every.
