Well I am no expert since this is my first but Yes-these were cut from 2 floral fabrics and an assortment of creams. (see pg 4 for the picture of the fabrics I used) Then you sort them and place them to get the effect that you want. I pinned some batting on the wall and the little pieces stick to it so you can stand back and study the design. There is a fabric that you can purchase that has little squares and you iron the pieces on it. I haven't tried that out yet.

Wonder? do all those little pieces drive you about as mad as the OBW does when you are trying to come up with the placement? :)
