If you have an IPhone, there is an app called PatternPal which is great to organize patterns so you can find them easily, just search under sewing in the App store. There is also a program called Quilters Organizer for your computer which is awesome! I hate to say I have both and still not organized but its certainly not the programs' fault as I think I'm a little ADHD so it's frequently hard for me to get on task!!
