I knew one person who lived here when I moved into my little house. I got acquainted with our guild, but only saw most of them for a few hours once a month...It was very lonesome. I found some card playing friends, that I slowly began to become acquainted with, but we don't do anything else together. I am 81 and have sadly lost dear friends recently, so I was sad and gloomy. One of my former guild friends told me about this board. The first day reading it I laughed and laughed amd laughed some more! I felt at home for the first time- and ever since!
My favorite thing is too look at pretty quilts too!
