Not sure if this is the right place to post this question but here goes. At a garage sale there were many old machines for sale. They were not working and were all rusty. they were laying on the ground for display. the cost was a dollar each. Can these be refinished to working again? In case I run across this again I want to know what I am getting into. I did buy one that was on a treadly table but it wasnt working and I didn't know where to find out how to unfreeze the parts if possible.
