Here's a great recipe from Cooking Light for Shrimp Arrabbiata over pasta. I increase the red pepper flakes and add some cayenne. You can easily double the sauce-to-shrimp ratio without feeling like it's lacking protein.

Cooks quickly for a fast meal after coming home from work - or anytime you want to spend more time sewing than cooking. :)
