If you are making it for your brother-in-law's graduation, does the college he is graduating from have school colors?
He graduated from WSU in Pullman, which I believe are red and white, the Cougars. Not sure of colors they have. I do know he lives in Tacoma and likes the seahawks and mariners which are the blue. He does not have a preference of colors that I know of. Just do not want flowers because he may have a problem with that. He is a 25 year old boy.
