I have my thick, wavy hair cut every 4 weeks and pay $28. A friend told me she never pays more than $12. Am I paying too much? No, because I finallly found someone who does a great job. A woman I used to work with drove to NYC, spent the night in a hotel and spent $600 to have her hair cut by some "famous" stylist. It looked like her 4 year-old cut it!
