So sorry - you'll probably heal faster than if they had just set your bone. I've seen quicker recoveries with replacements than with 'original equipment'.
I'll be in Pinehurst in Sept - hubby's sister & family live there. Do you have any leads on quiltshops? We have family in Southern Pines, & near Carthage & West Bend. I've been to the discount shop that sells drapery & upholstery fabric - easily spent too much money, but saw no quilt fabric there.
