When I am in the mood I go thru my scraps and cut them into 1 1/2,2 1/2,3 1/2,4 1/2 and 5 1/2 inch strips, length dosnt matter. Then make strips that equal 6 1/2 inchs. Many combos to choose from. Then cut into same sizes as before and combine to make 6 1/2 squares.Combine to make a 12 1/2 inch block. This was a video from Sewing with Nancy that is no longer available except on QNNTV. It is so much fun to make a quilt this way. I turned my quilting group on to it and they love it.
