My public library here in Newbern, TN is gracious enough to give me a little wallspace to show off my work. I started last month with the Easter wallhanging shown below, and for the next one I thought a nice spring theme would be appropriate. It's a small library since we're a town of only about 3000, but the people are nice and we've made several good friends since moving here in September of 2009. The bunny wallhanging even generated a commission of a baby quilt. It will have more bunnies of course, 30 all total, in a grid 5 bunnies x 6 bunnies, so that it will make out to be sufficient crib quilt size. Different colors, predominately blue (it's for a boy) and I'm thinking of making girl bunnies AND boy bunnies. I just need to adjust the pattern to make shorts on the boys. lol I'll let you know how it turns out. Until then, here's some pics...
