Log Cabin Fabrics in Ravena is Londa Van Derzee's business - she is a wonderful person and a great quilter. You'd have a great time with her.

If there are Guilds nearby, check with them. One of my guilds sponsors one off-season at a ski resort.

I began going to QBL in the 80's - went for 20+ years - it's a fabulous experience. Used to be in Cazanovia and then in Morrisville. Marty sold it a couple of years ago and it moved again to Onondaga CC in Syracuse.
It's gotten way too expensive for me now
If you can afford it, it's well worth giving yourself a treat; if only for a once in a lifetime experience.
the Adirondack Quilt Camp is still alive and quilting! :)
