How heavy was your fabric? I was given some beautiful tapestry upholstery fabric. I'd like to make a purse, but it is really heavy. I wonder if I could use this pattern. What do you think?
I have used tapestry upholstry before in a tweed.. just remember that when you are doing that, plus batting plus handles, make sure it's not too much.. I only use my black singers for my purses.. they handle it just fine.
