I told my sister about the diet.She's lost 1 pound already.And is excited.That's the problem of being on a regimine,it does get monotoneous (sp) after awhile.But there is a pay day at the end,so worth it.And I think that's why many fail at losing weight,They just don't have the fortitude to stick with it.So,hang in there we're very proud of you for sticking with it.Good job.
