I think this is exactly why I love this board so much. Everyone is supportive of each other's "best". Share their knowledge and ideas. And, No competition.
I'm lucky that I work in an environment (department) that is composed of people who are not in competition. We support each other in the achievement of personal/professional goals. But then again, we are a unique bunch - many think we are strange. LOL
