No it looks like too much $ for the condition it is in and this one has no reverse. The 99 and 201 are on my wish list too. The 99 is a smaller machine but it is heavy so nothing like a Feather Weight or 301 which are very portable due to weight. You might want to hold out for a newer model that is a direct drive and has a reverse. If you do not need to move it you might also consider the full size 15-91 or 201. The picture shows a full size Singer 15-91 direct drive and with a reverse.
Note the little reverse lever on the front right of the machine. If it is a knob it does not have reverse. this is a Singer 15-91.
