It took me years to get my husband to fly but once he took his first trip for business and it was a terrible trip, bad weather, but he loved how he got 500 miles away and back in one day in such little time. He was never a totally relaxed flyer, but he loved the time saved and he did not have to drive. I have not flown in 3 years because of the hassle at the airport. I hated it when you had to be an hour hearly now it is 2 hours and you have to jump thru all kinds of hoops. Do not get me wrong I understand the safety stuff, just hate time wasted hanging at the airport. Try a short trip first, you might like it. I will fly again, I am sure because there is still a lot of this country I have not seen. Take care.
