Once they open the Morganza, we will be in the direct path of the flood down here on the Atchafalaya River. In '73 when the Morganza was opened we had 10.5' of water, this time, they say it would be 13'. There is no winning plan :(

You'd think they could partially open the Morganza to stop this wall of water hitting Baton Rouge, the LSU campus, then the oil refineries and then New Orleans.
