Hi

As this is my first t-shirt I can only guess at some of this.

I am thinking the thinness of the t-shirts will be ok since you put stabilizer on the back. I do not know if there are different thickness of stabilizers but I am sure you quilt shop could tell you.

The only thing I ran into a bit of trouble with was: I told my lady that my finished blocks were going to be 12.5 inches. She cut exactly enough stabilizer. The next time I am going to tell her a larger block number so I have enough.
