I have been making this for YEARS after finding it in our local paper. They called it "Huggin' Cake" since the maker always got lots of hugs when she made it. I don't use the glaze, though the recipe did come with it. The one time I did, it was soggy. I have also "cheated" by taking a box of pound cake mix (hard to find here but worth it) and adding the 6 teaspoons of extract. And in case anybody's wondering, you don't taste any one extract flavor. Just a nice blend....that you can't quite identify!
