I wish I could box up everything foodwise in my house and send it to someone. The cookies I keep for my DH seem to be calling my name especially after dinner and in the middle of the night. I've been really watching the serving sizes of things I eat and that is an eye opener. The hard part is when I'm tired or there is an social activity that includes refreshements like graduation party tonight for our grandkids. Just have to take it ODAAT and keep plugging away. Does anyone have a suggestion for a good pedometer I can buy?
