There seems to be a lot of confusion about this, but Connecting Threads does
not have fabrics that are made in the USA, nor are they advertising even that their fabrics are made from cotton that is grown in the USA (though they did advertise that a year or so ago).

As far as I know, there are NO fabrics that are made in the USA anymore, and only a few places that still print fabric in the USA (Santee being one of them). JoAnn fabrics does carry fabrics that are printed by Santee.
