I can identify with you. They blamed my inability to move on menopause, depression, diabetes, vascular problems, etc. I find that if I do something, anything for 15 minutes, then I am one step closer to accomplishing the goal. If all you do is pick a few fabrics, press them and lay them on your cutting table, you can take the next step tomorrow. Do something with strips cut or a stack and whack. Chose something that doesn't take much thinking and as the others suggest, donate it to charity. I've decided my sewing room needs a small dorm fridge for wine and chocolate. Keep smiling!
