I am going through the same thing myself. I am really struggling to get projects done. I feel somewhat overwhelmed as I have lots of patterns/fabric/sewing machines (2) and a serger with lots of time as I am retired. I think some of it has to do with the weather. I am just going to clean up my sewing room and reorganize it and take a break to work out in the yard as the weather here is beginning to warm up. I find hand embroidery (a simple pattern) helps, making me feel like I am doing something.
