Go to "My Profile" (at the top of the page), then scroll down to the last section, called something like "Avatar Control". That's where you add the picture that goes under your name , to the side of your posts. You can change it whenever you like, but...#1 - it doesn't always change right away, sometimes it seems to wait until the next day, and #2 - it even changes on your old, old posts! lol
