A quilt teacher got me on to the Microtex by Schmetz.
I love them. Us them for everything! Piecing, blanket stitch around applique .Goes through all applique layers like butter.
Going to give my friend some to try.

I took a class with Judy Irish and she uses Metallic needles for everything. I'm going to try metallic and your Microtex needles and see what works in my machine.
