I've got two wood luggage racks in the back of a closet. I bet I could turn one of them into something like this pretty easily.
You could turn one into an ironing table and the other one into a cutting table. Or, better yet you could make two removeable tops (one for cutting and one for ironing). The luggage racks might offer more flexibility
