I added a fold out leaf to a desk I was using for sewing. Covered it with a beautiful flowered fabric. Then when I steam pressed something on it --- it faded on my project!!! Just a reminder - if you use printed fabric make sure it's color fast. I have a set of wooden TV trays and I think I'll make a covered board to sit on top of one so I'll still have a usable set.
