This pattern is paper pieced and makes good use of an "Add-A-Quarter" ruler and a mylar folding template. Both are referenced in the pattern. I have to admit that I had a bit of help from a friend who had just completed a queensized Judy Niemeyer quilt using "blades" from Bali Pops. Once you assemble the first panel, the rest, which are assembled the same way, are pretty easy. Your points will be sharp and consistant. Taking a class would help you get started.
