Keep a seam ripper or two close by. One in your sewing machine, one in your purse (just so you know where one is when you can't find the other one.) You will find out those mistakes that you can live with and the one's that you can't. No one has a perfect quilt. Besides, who decides what is perfect? No quilt police here.
When you're not sure, ask, want comfort, ask, suggestions, ask, you have every right as anyone else to make mistakes and learn from them. We all do it.
