Ergonomic office sewing chair. You should also get up every hour and do "Yes-No-Maybe So".

Yes=Stretch head/neck all the way forward and hold it. Then all the way back and hold it.

No=Stretch head neck all the way to the left and hold it. Then repeat on the right and hold it.

Maybe So= Roll the shoulders in both directions.

Then, stretch with arms all the way to the ceiling....hold it.

And, to the floor....hold it.
